Soil Survey and Construction System:

• Building foundation is reinforced concrete in compliance with the latest earthquake regulations.
• Every construction phase is controlled by an accredited laboratory.
• Bored piling, a spread footing foundation, and a tunnel formwork system were used for each residential building
• The soil survey was performed by Assistant Professor Emre Çeçen from the technical department of Kültür University.


Landscaping and Social Facilities:

• Non-residential areas set aside as landscaping and social facility areas.
• Playgrounds and gaming areas (chess and checkers).
• Walking and running trails.
• Mini-golf course.
• Basketball and tennis courts, mini soccer field.
• Outdoor swimming pool for adults and kids, wooden terraces for sunbathing and relaxing.

• The project consists of 5 residential buildings.
• There are 8 apartment models, including 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 models.

• Wood-veneered monoblock inner doors.
• Coatroom (certain apartment models only).
• First-class tiling in kitchens and bathrooms.
• First-class laminated parquet flooring in all other living areas.
• Water-based satin painted walls.
• First-class PVC joinery.


Kitchen:

• Flooring by Vitra, Seranit, Çanakkale Seramik, or an equivalent brand.
• Water-based satin painted walls.
• Cupboards with MDF bodies and membrane doors (or equivalent).
• Fixtures from ECA or an equivalent brand.
• Built-in oven hood, countertop stove, and oven.


Bathroom:

• Flooring by Çanakkale Seramik, Ege Seramik, or an equivalent brand.
• Cabinets with MDF bodies and membrane doors (or equivalent).
• Fixtures from ECA or an equivalent brand.
• Tiling by Vitra or an equivalent brand.
• Shower featuring a tempered glass cabin.



Electric Installation:

• Materials and fixtures are compliant with Turkish Standards Institute norms.
• A generator is able to power all common areas and elevators.
• Phone and television hook-ups in all living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens.
• At least two power outlets above the counter in kitchens and bathrooms.


Electronics:

• Mutual phone communication with the security staff from elevators.
• Security camera system monitoring the entire site.
• Intercom system in each apartment.
• Coded Keypad at residential building entrances.
• TTV satellite system, cable TV, and Digiturk ready.
• Internet-ready.
